Sleep coaching is a service for small groups that aims to teach better sleep hygiene and find non-medical alternatives to coping with sleeplessness. Sleep coaching consists of 8 – 10 meetings, the themes of which are largely determined by the needs of the participants. Sleep coaching in Konstituutti is diverse and includes activities, discussions and homework exercises. The environment for sleep coaching is safe and confidential, and due to small group sizes, participants are able to form valuable support networks among each other.
