Before meeting up with our professionals, you will complete introductory assignments. These exercises are designed to spark conversation to help reinvigorate your relationship. The subjects and themes of discussion will be based on your individual wishes and needs. Potential topics could be your goals and plans for the future, the importance of giving and receiving feedback and forgiveness. This 90-minute appointment can be carried out either in person or via Teams. After the meeting, our professionals will give you tailored tips and exercises to support your relationship.
